On 28th Jan.I landed in Kochi by Indigo flight at 5.05 PM and we were out of the airport by 5.20 PM with our luggages when we realoised that my son left his wallet containing money and ID cards in the flight, probably on the seat. We rushed to the Indigo office and we got the wallet with all its contents entact within 10 minutes. Thanks to Indigo for your prompt help. That is the service. Low cost and High reliability.

Great to know this.. Thanks for Sharing. If there is any Indigo person reading this, they will feel proud upon themselves and will definitely try to keep their good image intact.
Hearty congratulations to Indigo. Even I am a frequent flier by Indigo. Never faced any problem till now.

Sonia Crony..... Just another foreigner in the guise of statesman looting precious resources of the country and allowing Ambanis, Tatas to patake in the looted booty! Shame on people like you who allow her to reign the country without real responsibility. She may not be PM of the country but she is ruling this country in MMS's mask. If she is so competent and courageous or even clean(as you say) let her bring the Swiss money back that she and Indira and even Nehru had stashed away in trillions of dollars! sTOP SUPPORTING THIS MOST CORRUPT ARTY OF THE WORLD!
Apart from its fetish adherence to punctuality, its service is the best. On ground, incl the ramp to get into the airport, in the air is superb. Recently one bag of mine was left behind, but they flew it down with another airline and delivered it to my address. Your write up has given an insight into various other factors that makes the airline profitable. KEEP IT UP!
