Tax Exemption Limit
by Atanu on Feb 02, 2011 10:56 AM  | Hide replies

It is we, who select/elect these fools to decide on our fates !!! I can visualise those days when we were ruled by the British and we were better off !!! At least we had a few thousand whites deciding on our futures/fates !! Today, a few hundred of our own skin colour decides on what we should get and what not ? Those days we had a lot of discipline and NO SCAMS . Today, we almost have an average of ONE HUGE SCAM A DAY where invariably a basta.. having political connections snatches some good thing of our /our children's lives. Still, when it comes to General Elections, we flock the booths spending our valuable time/energy in electing these fools with a hope that this time around, we will not be fooled !!

Is been paid to these ruthless corrupt politicians. What if we individuals, salary class dont file return and pay tax? What will happen if we deny to pay tax. We are paying tax and these politicains get salary from it. They are corrupt to the core, and not doing their duties. So why to pay?

Regularize Tax
by Prabhu on Feb 02, 2011 10:47 AM

First of all Indian govt should regularize the way we pay the tax and get the refund. I have paid additional tax 3 years back and still waiting for refund. I am paying tax in US for past 2 years and it is so easy and customized. You just need to login and enter ur W-2 details and everything will be done by the software and you will know the exact date when you will get the refund. Here i have to pay bribe to IT officials to get my refund...wow India is the next stop technology place!!!

Petrol prices have increased six times in a year. Food prices have increased 100% year on year. then why basic exemption limit is not increasing by 100%. Actual inflation rate is 50% at retail rates but the FM and its so called experts team (idiots) are showing it at 5-6%.
