If there is will there is way
by raghupathy on Sep 24, 2010 09:44 PM  | Hide replies

One time they say there is complete draught and the pulses prices are at high. Now you say, there is too much rain and they are unable to supply the cerels. All these are eye washing. If there is will there is way. Even I am also working in an agriculture company. Due to torrantial rains some times we are unable to pluck the tea leaves. But once the rain stops, the workers are on their toe to earn their living and we get our produce which is immidiately sent to factaories for drying and then sold. So if you wish you can sell at any time. But if you want to eye wash the public and earn money from the worst way also, Aam admin will die.

enough foodgrains have been harvesteded- they are all sold in the blackmarket to line the pockets of our bleeders-sorry leaders. a lot of govt. subsidy is paid to the farmers to generate food, but the farmers do not get good price on the food and the common man doesnot get any benefit of these subsidies. At both ends bleeders make merry. To hide all this superhonestselectedPM will comeupwithsomeverycomplicated english statements that nobody can understand

Food inflation
by Mambakkam Subramanian on Sep 24, 2010 09:42 PM

We get ourselves lost in the morose of econmics jargon and fail to see the real problem. On the one hand the GOI has been fooling people around by saying that we are having bumper crops and are holding record stocks. As it is at the production source itself for want of scientific storage facilities there is considerable loss. On the secondary and tertiary stages there is a huge, astronomically huge, food loss due to the GOI's monolith Food Corporation of India. With this situation it is impossible to get the situation improved. You have the paradox that the Producing farmer finds it difficult to match the ends meet, due to rising input costs which were alreaady very high and his returns which are fixed by the Govt. on the minim um support price and it is true he gets the minimum price. There is a whole lot of middle men and politicians who have got all the benefits and profits out of this. Let us get out of this window dressed false stats and go for the truth. Unfortunately the Government is much worse as a profiteer than the private sector tycoons who rob the public on the Open global market concept.

WHAT ELSE U EXPECT FROM OVERHYPED BUREAUCRAT
by Almighty on Sep 24, 2010 09:14 PM

....WITH NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY TO PPL OF THE COUNTRY BUT TO WARM THEIR CHAIR BY BACKDOOR APPOINTMENT FROM ITALIANO-FRAUD-GANNDU

While the rest of the world enjoyed modest inflation of 2-5% last 2 years, our UPA under so called bookworm economist gave us 16-19% food inflation.

At one end they were procuring foodgrains limiting stocks in open market leading to artificial created shortages....then the food grains was allowed to rot instead of releasing it to control inflation.

Farmers slogged to cultivate and get grains to market , our bum chums MMS and pawar allowded it to rot, instead of releasing it in market to control inflation all the while f00ling ppl about failure of monsoon.

Montek another bum economist , was saying inflation was due to growth of economy...another hogwash....how is that china has higher growth of 9-10% still inflation at 2-4% ?

F00ls who vote for such creeps deserve nothing better.
