People are just fighting over the survey... some say good many say bad.. dnt undrstnd whts the overall conclusion..?? do u we actually need a conclusion..?? even if all or some of the IT companies are sucking their own employees, wil they stop working with them..?? I guess not at all.. one of my childhood friend is in IT firm.. and he's ready to work with BiG IT firms at less pay otherwise ready to work at high salary in bottom listed firm irrespective of the working environment in either of the case.. anyways keep on debating.. its really fun to read the comments on each other in the pass tym..
guys..nt sure why Mphasis is not listed..their salary structure is good...but work env might to be as gr8 as other companies..they treated ppl equally during bad times...they fired v.v.v.v.v.v.less ppl during recession...
