I was amazed to see Tulip in 9th position. The company does not the value of retention. Politics in branch office is ignored vastly.Oiling of seniors is prime KRA business comes in second spot. Old garbages of the industry is filled in branch office especially in east. Now the team leader has been changed it will be overcomed. CMD is not aware of all these at all
How can Patni be on the list?. During recession times Capgemini reduced their notice period from 3 months to 1 month and fired many employees. Now when market is improving they have increased their notice period from 1 month to 3 months. The only company who can be rated as best IT employer is Kanbay. Unfortunately it was acquired by a unethical and unprofessional company called Capgemini. These companies have tarnished the image of Indian IT in the world. Because of them world recognizes Indian IT labour as cyber coolies. These companies have shown to the world that how Indian IT labour can be exploited.
Foutunately and correctly soothay companies like wipro who threw out thousands of employees during recession is not in the list. Great job Dataquest. Even the so called Intofosys threw out 1000 of employees. Such companies deserve to appear only in the 'Worst companies list'. Great job Dataquest.

It is not about the company, it is all abt the dumb managers and sr. managers. They are too lazy, zero skills, blame others for anymishaps, they are just there for their loyalty to the company (red tag for 5 yrs, green tag for 10 yrs ), they used the recession to throw out good workers and keep only chamchas. Both Infy and Wip are like our Govt companies. Don't be surprised if someday some of them get caught taking bribes for doing job or for recruitment.
Just cannot believe that companies like TCS, Virtusa, Igate are in the list. Doesn't quality of work count? All these companies hire lazy college pass outs to do clerical jobs.

Thats the case with at least 90% of companies. We have more Chatur than Rancho. And simply we cant have more Rancho. thats the case everywhere.
Give a list of companies that has working hours atleast 10 hrs a day..most of the companies have 12 hr to 14 hr working time per day or u may go at 6 in the evening but work late night hours at home...probly till 12.Its a mental torture and if you complain then they tell that ur collegues stay , whats ur problem??
