There is something wrong in the report. India should be at the bottom of the list. See how corrupt policemen government babus are in India. Also archaic laws like 498A continue to be used by corrupt women to settle scores with husbands families in India by paying bribe to police and judges.
No doubt India is the worst country in the world in every field. Only thing good about India is most Indians don't eat beef.

India is no better than Pak. See India's legal system. Even big criminals like Raju of Satyam, Lalu yadav etc are roaming free. If you have no money you can be arrested anytime by corrupt police and sent to jail by corrupt judiciary.
