featuring 'World business competitiveness rankings' and it was reported that while China improved from rank 29 in 2009 to 27th this year, India dropped two places from 49th to 51st !
Now, perhaps rediff needs to elaborate how 'Business competitiveness' and 'Worthy of doing business in' can be so radically different as to find such a huge variance between rankings in these two indices !!

Yes Pakistan is the best place to do Business,Partcularly in manufacturing Bombs and Rich in all 420 Works..How can anyone even think of Porkistan,Its damn peace of shit man.

Yes I agree with you India has become the property of corrupt politicians and burocrates .These corrupt politicians will never allow India to grow. Our Prime minister Mr.Manmohan Singh have only thing to say which did for our country is he takes one rupee from his salary only this will be his acheivement in ten years tennure. do our countrymen expect only this much from the Prime Minister
