You know first of all we are looking for good job, then it is the facilities and life style around us. Here at india all these facts are nil, our infrastructure by means road, schools and safety etc all are just show ups to others, why not then think about this if we get such things abroad.
he need not preach like this. Certainly, people go bcoz of better quality of life, recognition which is lost here due to reservation issues. Nothing wrong in doing this.. He want his employees has to work in US as long the company wants and then return to India once if they don't find any scope there.
You work in india if you need cheap rates..If you are truly professional you work outside.. Only the unlucky few come back to india..That is real truth..iF Possible he will want all phds ,enginners to work for his company at rupee rates
