Nara is becoming the next holy cow in India, one who cannot be questioned and one who has an opinion on anything and everything. While having an opinion is perfectly correct, being some one with a holier than thou attitude sucks, and which is what Nara is turning into. Let him keep his mentoring/evangelizing and/or whatever he does with Infy. Why need to meddle with other things too.
"Works as slaves in Infy for peanut". Pay high tax, bribe and live with poor infrastructure, no health care and high currption. This is what he preaches. He has sent his son and daughter to study and work in the US. What a hypocracy! Give your employees 75% of the billing. They will work and die in your company itself. If not, stop preaching.

Infosys has 1 lakh employees. Why do smart people join big companies, they could start their own business.

Well as they say advice is always for others and that one should never practice what one preaches. That's what nara is doing. Have to take his comments with a pinch of salt. It would be interesting to get infy employees views on what he has told.
pay US salary in India and not in US...then automatically ppl will work in India in IT and not in US...A capitalist should not talk like a socialists, infosys wont be in india if it has to pay more tax in India then in US...so its a capitalistic decision, nobody likes to go away from family, country and the palce of birth and bringing up, its the capitalistic needs tht forces ppl to go to country like US, the very reason he is having client in US, its like asking infy to have all his clients in India and nowhere else...

yeah..you said right.. and main problem is that when you come back you must have crossed 35 and there will not be any job for you..:)
Work 9.5 hours shift and no holiday on festivals and CTC hell, suck blood out of employee...lick managers balls, 3% hike and three months notice period if changing job or face court case if not serve three months or return money back to company like HCL and no experience certificate.....He is saying work in India and through your family in hell
Dear Murthy Sir, you are good business man.. will u give employeers 70% of the billed amount and allow them only work 7-8 hrs max/day on 5 day week. Then every one will come automatically..

I guess no need of that during Y2K every body come back and even they were ready to work for 5000 INR..and nwdays no green card in USA so every body has to come back
