what are UP and bihar doing. just producing kids like mostuitoes and migrating to pune, mumbai, palghar, karjat, kasara, khopoli, belapur, alibagu, sawantwadi, kolhpur, ichalkaranji, satara, ratnagiri, bhusval, jalgaon, nagpur, nashik and not putting hard efforts to develop own states. waht are politicians from these status doing. they msut be punished for not doing anything and their goondagiri under fundamental right is nuisance to otehr states and detrimental to unity of country. you find names of people looting banks in mumbai you will find what people from these states are doing. they are coming to sell vegetable, colelct raddi paper, create shanties on guttor etc. if indian govt. has guts, they must make law that person have more than two children should be thrown into Ganga river or bay of bengal.
