As usual as other chinese products, copied from Airbus A320. Completely created using reverse engineering technique. Visit wikipedia and type C919 any one can understand. except structures other equipments are procured from outside. Its since only structures can be reverse engineered easily.

As, China has an offset agreement with Boeing since 2004, which make mandatory for Boeing to setup production unit and China and employ local skill and transfer technology.
