Current employment is 520 million. This is expected to grow at 2.5% over the next 5 years which should give you additional 57 million or 5.7 crore. So total employment is 577 million.
million to crore conversion is wrong...570 millions means 1/2 of india's popuation...which in turn implies india's unemployement problem will be almost completely solved.

Even if these are created most will be NREGA workers. Who do nothing and earn 10,000 a year out of which they pay bribes to stay in the list of unemployed.
