Good news and keep it up kumar..It's better to eliminate the fradulent companies..USCIS is coming with the new rules because of the frauds from most of the indian consulting firms. Also it will help to maintain the billing rates for lot of real experienced indians.

for all those folks spitting out vitriol here .. shut up .. half the people here don't even know what the real issue is and how it affects people.. They just got a chance to FLAME OUT folks and thats what they are doing..
If you have your employment documents, show that your "employer" has control of your job .. pays you salary etc withholds taxes etc .. (should not be like you keep working for which ever client for whenever you want and employer just bills & takes a cut and can do nothing else) .. As long as you can show this, you can land anywhere in US (Remember your employers -- NOT CLIENT -- address, phone number, your manager's/HR person's details in employer office) ... You can always say you landed at that POE as this was cheapest, you will probably stay for a day to sight see and move on after taking a connecting flight..

recently some recruiter sent me a req for $20 an hour on corp to corp,i emailed him back and asked r u joking,cause even when i was in H1B i didnt work for thatlow,he said he was serious it is that pathetic...

lol. I also received a phone call from one consultancy, and asked me if I can work for $22/hr, I replied him, I have a puppy, who when barks sounds like j*v*, do you wanna hire him and I gurantee he will meet you and your clients need very well. ;-)
