Look at ourside first ( in India ). Other state people cannot work in Maharastra. Andhra people cannot work in Telengana region. Other state people cannot do labor work in Kerala. Like these we have many states failed us a nation. Atleast they are deporting other nationals :). Wakeup guys.. It's we who exploited their h1b system, so they are tightening the rules.

"Other state people cannot do labor work in Kerala". are u kidding me. im from kerala and there are only non keralite laborers in kerala. earlier it was tamils, since their wages incerased now bengalis and biharis.
In this recession, only big companies like TCS, Wipro, IBM, Infosys, Cognizant who can get steady projects will survive, and the small time ones will perish. Also rates are down & Indian salaries are up, so there is not much point struggling forever.
Most ppl on this forum, who have never worked on H1b claim it to be slavery. I have worked on H1b & didnt expect any discrimation via-a-vis the american workers. Infact, the working conditions were better than India... for eg, i NEVER worked on sat/sun, came back home at 5:30pm everyday, promotion, raises etc. I have observed that Indians progress faster coz of their intelligence, hardwork & education. More & more Indians should come to US, and settle down here. Once we have enough INdians, then we can influence their politics, which will be good for India in the future. For eg; Jews control businesses in US, due to which US cares for Israel.

The govt. may make policies but when it comes to implement middle men like consulting firms take 100% advantage on all fronts you can take advantage of .. controlling the life of h1b visa worker .. they exploit them quite badly ... and then they say we paid you and we were fair .. the visa sponsors are just middle men they do nothing .. but get paid by the work of consultants .. most of them keep big chunks andtell the conultants we r keeping just 2$ or $5 .. and keep the h1b worker on contracts like indentured labors .. who get them free money .. and the h1b worker keep moving all over the country to keep these bodyshopping consulting firms fat and happy ..
That is why h1b program is abused by these firms .. if they really want to bring in h1b workers from abroad, they should bring them here on full time roles sans the body shopper ..
Why does indians need to bought to US in the name of H1B ,there r no shortage of real technical skills in the US or for that matter any developed world,but yes there is shortage for skilled people who work for meagre wages ,its not only the US,in the UK they r being driven in hoardes for manipulating the system,in Australia they are bashed,in Europe they are regarded as shit,in the ME they are literally slaves and all they do is cry racism to the world rather than developing their own country! i guess the time is not far where every indian will be shot n bashed for working cheap outside their country
