Bihar got other things to worry about by

Let the law & order situation improve first. Let the looting of passengers in trains in Bihar stop. Let the thefts and murders stop. Simply put let it transform as Indian state from current pakistani "state". And then "may be we can think of" its development.
First thing is Make sure Lallo does not come back. He still head same group of goonda raj who has ruined bihar for 20 years. Fear of Lallo coming back, make many investor run away from bihar. Second is creat infrastructure ie business environment where people consume and creat great prodcut and services. this is key to growth and job creation. Also open many institute that help improve job skills for private jobs. it will atract many private company. Right now every body in bihar is preparing for competition for govt job. what a waste. Ban people from reading newspaper. Whole day they read poltics and keep gossiping. Instead creat library where DVD, audio, computer shows realistic, progressive films. Otherwise their mind is full of junk. All educated people should help state like Bihar grow. Otherwise all city of india would be very crowded.

how much less you know.He didnt exagerrated profit but gave a profit which other than him only god had given.we indians are waiting for him to be the next primeminister then only india will develop.just thrrow away this criminal nitish.lutera nitish.figure fudging nitish and save bihar
