Finmin Should first publish the corruption list ...They can say for teachers job in each state Govt how much u need to pay ,for railway jobs ,for banks job how much etc to TTE and getting license.Its in public domain now.Then they can act.I guess they can easily jail 1 crore people at least.Will MMS do atleast 1% of work.His honesty wont allow him to do it.
What is shocking and surprising in India is all those who spearheads scams of crores of rupees walking free in spite of prima facie evidence against them and even frequently talked to media enjoying the hospitalities at their disposal whereas an ordinary pickpockets are jailed for offence. The time is not away that the scams may become status symbol of a celebrity !!

Biggest Scam is the Media..playing ball, How else can all the literates tolerate dynatic rule. We have a country where black can be a president and here we give all the say to a dynasty ! ? Media is getting big money to look the other way.
India's government budget over the past 12 years would not have crossed 80 lakh crores. these people write such news to gain cheap publicity. are there no simple arithmetic aware people in this country??
