It is indeed true that scams are every where in the world, in all 192 countries, scams are going on since even from ancient period. But definitely in communist countries the scams were less, but the world biggest scams committed by Gorbochav, dividing to USSR, in Small states, induced by US, make further way for scams. But unfortunately in India, scams are more dangerous to existence of human being and democracy. The leaders of political parties even can sale India, for their own earning, the process has been started by allowing to multinational to use Indian soils for nuclear establishment. We have enough stock of Coal, to generate power on coal. The fine example of Singroli, in MP, a Power Hub of India, havinf capacity to generate 50,000 Mw within few years. A Corrupt officials or employee can do any dam acts for money, it is not necessary to support by examples. Therefore starting nuclear power station on the trust of such corrupt officials is dangerous to existence of human race on the planet. It is true, and you can not deny that our rural hospital are not so equipt to treat a Malariya, how we will give treatment of nuclear contamination. I could remember a fact during 75 a class four employee stolen the gold ring of reactor and kept in house, and BARC incurred the expenses of hundreds time more, to remove the cantamination. My only request to corrupt officials let the legislature amend act of Prevention of Corruption Act, by allowing to take commission.

I am a victim of scams committed by officials, when I trapped them 3 officials, the bank withdrawn by credit facilities, and Indian Judiciary, acquitted them because the witnesses became hostile. The wife of one accused was Joind Director, of Prosecution, she denied appeal to High Court. It is regret to say that even the Session Judge was bribed, whatever he drafted that was the statement of main complainant. The advocate visited to witnesses houses with Public Prosecutors, even threaten to witnesses. Therefore Scams in India can go at any extend. There is no Rule of Law or welfare state. The country is private property of politicians. The very serious allegations made by Chief Secretary of Delhi State that the election process in India is not without corruption, that is end of largest democracy. A Addl. Commissioner of IT was having 200 Crs, etc . The legislature should now pass act for taking bribe and its percentage from office to office, that is only way out to stop the corruption. I do not understand why not JPC, when everybody in the administration are clean, but ruling party knows that the road goes to 10 Janpat and 24 Akbar, from the Parliament JPC
THe zamindari system was established in 1948 and land given to tillers.At no time in Indian history this was ever done.They said that food production will go up.Now people have captured masive holdings under Benami names. Govt is acquiring this land and paying compensation by huge amountfor the land which originally belonged to it!Farmers are also not tilling it thwemselves but behaving justy the way Jamindars did. All this was done by Charan Singh. Today these people are selling their - land which did not belong to them in the first place and was given to them for tilling- minting huge money and moving in latest cars and vehicles.They spend lacs in their marriages.While paying compensation there is huge corruption every where and upto 30% is demanded by people involved and lawyers.Govt treasury are being vacated in the name of giving relief to the same so called farmers! Tghuis is absolute subversion of govt funds and structure.At the time of ndependence Nehru was against giving land to farmers and wanted to retain the ownership in the hands of the govt= but some congress men sabotaged it and who they were was apparent later on.The govt treasury has been looted ever since as well as land! We require a total overhaul of our political system and as far as corrupt are concerned give them a sentence so that generations will remember- put absolute fear in their heart for ever! I believe if this govt does not do it then next govt will have to do it or it will fall before saying

Land/property scams are most common in our country.Organised gangs are active in all parts of country as land grabbers.Most of the cases in courts are on these issues.Govt itself has lost its property of value one can not imagine.Most of notorious tenants dont vacate property,they know that owner can not do anything,they will grab it either free of cost or at very low cost.It is surprising that, even now, the actual owner of property has no say,where as un-authorised intruders or tenants have all rights.It is all because of all old and obselete systems laws.It is high time to review all this.Owner should have right to get vacated his property through police within time of six months without giving any reason or justifying it in courts.It will save time of our courts and also improve availability houses on rent easily
SC should order CBI to list all the scams in the website and also daily updates on these scams so that common man is updated. the memory of the comman man is limited and tend to forget as days passby.
IF THE MINISTERS AND THE ADMINISTRATORS DON'T BOTHER ABOUT THE SECURITY OF THE NATION THEY ARE PLEDGED TO SURRENDER BEFORE THE NATION AND LEAVE THE COUNTRY. IT THE WEALTH OF THE NATION AND NOT OF THEM. THEY DON'T FEEL SHY TO STILL REMAIN IN THEIR POSTS EVEN AFTER NOT CLARAFYING THE SHAMEFUL ACTIVITIES.
SOME ALLEDGES THAT INDIAN MUSLIMS ARE NOT THE CITIZENS OF INDIA AND LOYAL TO THIS COUNTRY. WHAT ARE THE VIEWS OF THESE PEOPLE ABOUT THE SCAMMERS AND THE ADMINISTRATORS IN INDIA? THEY ARE REALLY NOT ABLE TO BE CONSIDERED AS THE CITIZENS OF INDIA. B'COZ THESE MONEY ARE THE PART OF THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF INDIAN MUSLIMS AS WELL ALONGWITH THE MAJOR PART OF IT BELONGING TO THE BROTHERLY HINDU COMMINITIES.
Scam India Pvt.LTD., is doing big business these days. So, why don't they float shares in the International Market? In view of their great Growth in India, contributors to the 8-9% GDP growth annually, we all should buy its shares at issue price.Scam in India is an industry like 'politics'. The wealth acquired by each politician in India is close to an industry's wealth. If all this wealth could be brought together, then India's child would not have remained malnutritioned.

Jokes apart,Corporate India saw the floating of many companies whose shares were issued to the Public and Finance Insti tutions during 1980s.The companies remained in the Blue Print Stage it self,the Directors conce rned vanished in thin air and the general public share holders became suck ers in the game.It is sad that no action was taken on so called Corporate Directors who looted the Public and Finance Insti tutions by floatin bogus companies.

And please do not subsc ribe to the Shares unless you want to be willingly looted of your share money.
We normally think that scam money is government money. We forget it is OUR money - which we have paid as taxes - which they're robbing from our bank accounts. If only we unite and refuse to pay taxes until all the scam money is brought back into the country and culprits are punished in jail, these thieves will not have any more to rob. Shall we start a "DON'T PAY TAXES" movement seriously? I feel its the only thing which could work.
