Showed that companies from US and Europe are leaders.but here is my list of favorite Asian companies which is taking away sleep from these giants. 1) Korea Electric company,consortium of several korean cos.like GS,Hyundai,daewoo,doosan,samsung.( Recently won bid ahead of french firm to build Abu Dhabi nuclera power plant of 40 billion dollars) 2) Mitsubishi and kajima from japan 3) Yapi merkezi from Turkey 4) Cemex from mexico 5) Chnia heavy construction 6) Mcdonell dowell from australia.
There is no comparison. Even Shuva Griha of Boisar and Vasind look very expensive as the land rate there is not more than Rs.25 per square feet for a township project. Jerry Rao is offering flats @ Rs. 1300 per square feet on land of Rs. 300 per square feet.
Is there company in India which puts Employment before Profitability. Is there company in India where Honest employees are rewarded. Is there company in India where Integrity of employees are valued and respected. Is there company in India where Society comes first than Sales volume. Is there company in India where Marketing is not termed as fooling customers but understanding customers' need. India Inc is the biggest corrupt people they are responsible for unrest in society. CXOs are Corruption Rated Officers. Till corruption breeds at top level of employees and owners, Indian society face remained smokescreened.
