Why only Kalmadi/Raja should resign?
Why didn't Forward Caste Vajpayee/Arun Shourie/Pramod Mahajan/Sheila Dixit/Jaipal Reddy/Manmohan resign?
This type of vilification will provoke BC/SC/ST communities to seek autonomy from India viz Kashmir,Telangana,North Eastern States.

Because, TRAI adviced Raja not to follow the First come First serve policy. The Finance Ministry, Law Ministry and the PM too sent letters asking him to follow what TRAI adviced. RAJA ignored all of them. You're trying to Justify what Raja did by citing his Caste and in that process you bringing shame to BC/SC's etc. You should be the number one culprit against BC's and SC's.

Earn billions illegally or immorally.
Pay 30% as Tax to Govt
Pay 20% as Party Fund to Congress or BJP.
You will become a Ambani/Tata in India.
And Govt will also give you 2 gunmen so that you can continue your shady activities.

Clear case of Tata's being responsible for the murky dealings
by Amit Azad on Dec 07, 2010 03:52 PM  | Hide replies

Mr.Chandrashekhar has rightly pointed out the double standards being adopted by the Tata's. Not many would be aware of the fact that Ms. Radia was also the consultant to Tata's when they were pitching in for the Airlines. Mr.Tata's mentioning now of bribes being asked for Airlines clearly is a case of sour grapes. He and his companies must have tried to get into aviation in the same way as they did in Telecom. The difference is that in telecomthey were succesful in buying people but in aviation they failed.

This holier than thou image is just a PR gimmick used by Ratan Tata whenever he does not get what he and his companies want. Nira Radia is just one of the manifestations of this.

It is shocking that Ratan Tata wants to use his money power to silence the media and the critics from finding the truth. How many people would have the money to fight long legal battles against the Tata's??? This is what Tata is using effectively. By no means of imagination can Ratan Tata say that he was not privy to the antics of Nira Radia, Pradip Baijal & Co. because if he was then that effectively means that anybody can do anything in the Tata empire of this magnitude without his knowledge i.e. Ratan Tata does not have it in him to run such a large empire.

I hope the public wakes up to this real face of the Tata's and realise that Tata's are no different from other Industrial Houses. At least the Ambani's do not make the charade of being holier than thou

The Tatas are much more responsible than any politician in India. It is sad that people are getting caught in the sensationalism being created by an MP whose probable self interest lies in some loosing telecom company. Tatas can only ensure that they are clean. This does not mean that they should should refuse benefits arising from a policy in which they had no hand in influencing. Maybe Tata's were made to benefit so that it gives a semblance of fair play to what Raja did. Tatas are among the greatest companies in the world. I have no doubt about it

Even If I agree with you that Tata's are one of the best companies in the world, why is Ratan Tata defending Nira Radia?? When she herself is not refuting the authenticity of the tapes. This means that he is scared that if the full tapes come in the public domain then every one will know the truth. And if that happens then you might not have the same opinion about Tata's.

All we are asking is let the truth prevail, let all the tapes be released. If Tata does not have anything to hide, then he should be the last person to be afraid of the leaks

Spectrum scam: An MP's open letter to Ratan Tata
by Hebbar R on Dec 07, 2010 03:45 PM

The Common Man probably finds it difficult to understand the truth behind all these dealings. People had perceived Ratan Tata to be an honest and ethical person. If that turns out to be false, then it will be a very sad day - right now it is not clear that Ratan Tata is involved in the murky dealings. The faith of the common man will be shattered for ever. People may stop believing anyone any more.

IS RATAN TATA INNOCENT IN 2G SPECTRUM SCAM?
by subrata banerjee on Dec 07, 2010 03:41 PM

Those days are gone when TATA GROUP was considered as one of the best employee friendly and honest corporates. Mr. Ratan Tata believs in same theory like all other corrupt corporates of India like Ambani, Birla,Mittal, Goenka and so on. Even in the recent past Mr. Ratan Tata showed much interest in politics and almost openly supported LEFT FRONT GOVERNMENT in West Bengal and further helped CPM AND THEIR ALLIES TO WIN THE LAST ASSEMBLY ELECTION IN THE YEAR 2006 BY MANIPULATING THEIR MUCH REGARDED COMPUTER COMPANY i..e., TCS COMPANY. And now he found involved in 2G spectrum scam like other corrupt companies. So JPC SHOULD FIND WHO ARE GUILTIES AND PUNISH THEM.
