First let me tell even if TATA gained ,he still is open to point out the problem . dear MP I have been during my working life have seen enough - many times I wanted to expose and hang many Basta*ds ,may be if free guns were available I would shoot some of them . I never got support because they are vengful anf with our policies the way they are made - by bribing you can get away with anything but if you stcik to rules and do everything ,still the polcies and rules are interpreted by people inthe way it suits them . Fianally let the policy makers of this country not blame the system and bureaucrats ,because you have created these demons. In group companies they can even make miserable operting plants forget new projects . During so called my visits PCB I was specifically tols by junior not to discuss our issues with any one in the lobby because the minister had his stooges and if by mistake the info goe to him - next day the demand comes from the minister or his men. The ploiticians have ruined the nation much more than the foreign invaders , the whole system has been made a rotten one .I am sure most of the freedom fighters will be turning in their graves - for siple reason - Is this the country for which they have sacrificed the families ,lives and person well being .So MR.MP when will there be a stoppage to this ruining will come -will it ?

Tata,Infy's Narayana Murthy, Wipro's Premji and Reliance Ambani are the biggest frauds in India... Ramalinga Raju is nothing when compared to them...

If he is the same guy and from what I have heard earlier one can write a book about him. Do us a favour and be your own self and do not act as you have a very clean past
First all organisation grow by bribing Politicians and beaurocrats and then once reached to the top, they talk about Honesty and Integrity. I bet , just find out the salary income of all top echelon of company brass and their assests. One would find that their possessed assets are disproportionate to their source income level. Does it not mean that these are corrupt people. If corruption starts from top, how could one advocate honesty of employees at bottom level. This is the real reason for system getting rot and dishonest employees reach to the top. Employees of high integrity always branded job hoppers because they find the road tough in corporate world. Bigger Banner companies means bigger corruption and high politics especially at top level. No private companies can operate in India if it is not run by corrupt people. Tata is no exception.Only Media has projected it to be good and fool people start saying that they trust TATA. Their employees are as vulnerable to bribering system as you find in any other organisation. Nepotism and Favourism is the striking feature of Tata Concern. Had this not been there, then you would not have seen all Bengalis and Tamils donning the head position in various departments. Politics is at the max. height in Tata workculture.

Even Written tests before Interview conducted is a mere eye wash. India Inc promotes Nepotism and Castesim. The only difference is that if any acquaintance of owner is honest,then mark it he would not remain in company for long. As others will throw him out of the company even owners do not protect such honest person no matter even if he is owners' relative. Therefore , no surprising that Majority of job hoppers are honest people and therefore companies do not entertain their CVs also fearing their honesty nature. They would prefer to have fudged CV then Honest persons CV.
