these chop shops are double benefit to your country ... make affordable products and also you get your all this hard earned money back in the form of Nuclear Deal and Arms Deal without any efforts...
From my 9 plus years experience in the IT industry, I can without doubt say that what the US Senator told is completely true. That is an 'APRIYA SATHYAM' that the IT bosses know but prefer not to accept.

Infy is hyper sensitive, even if a leaf will shake in US due to whiff of wind, they will sneeze here in Bangalore. Shows lack of maturity in the organization.
Nothing wrong in US increasing fees as they would use that funds for securing their borders. Indian comapnies profit margins are very high so they should not worry about it moreover IT companies need to pay well to theri employees which they don't.

It wont effect the Indian companies much, but it will certainly the influx of the employees of A Ltd and B Ltd from the IT junkyard of Hyderabad.
It is high time that top IT cos go for own products which can be visible and with a bit of harware. With a lot of money, talking always about start up stories is nor necessary. Now is the time to go for next stage.

sure, the HR Manager from Bangalore !!!!!! He was trying to experiment it on his wife :))
Crumbling by its own weight and boggy of "Obama" the USA is loosing its Brain. Its politicians have now imported the kind of politics played in India to befoolo its electrocates just to get themselves elected and enjoy the DEMOCRACY, who always harps and survives only so long as there are poors, unemployed and under prvileged.
Murthy plays our Jana gana mana in instrumentals, because the firangs will get offended by vocals.
Nilekani admits openly... 'Quoted in The New York Times, March 7, 2004.
"'The whole process where people get an idea and put together a team, raise the capital, create a product and mainstream it -- that can only be done in the US. It can't be done sitting in India . The Indian part of the equation is to help these innovative US companies bring their products to the market quicker, cheaper and better, which increases the innovative cycle there. It is a complementarity we need to enhance. “ Krish & Mohandas are meekly squeaking about: “we are paying taxes or we are law abiding corporate citizen or we recruiting people in US”. The senator bozo is calling your company a chor bazaar and you are mumbling for words. It is as good as publicly admitting Infy is a chop shop. The whole world is watching you. Give him a fitting reply. Tell him to publicly apologize or we pull out ! And do it, if need be. Show him and the world what USA is without support from chop shops. Your US customers will also respect you for not putting up with crap. Right now Infy’s name is mud, how can any Infy staff face a customer after this is incident, if the top honchos are so spineless, beat me.
The pride ( bordering on arrogance) that is expected of a confident mature global company is sadly missing
