I thought various xtian media has published saying that there are 700-800 million with less than Rs.20 per day earning. Now your report says, it is only 370-400 million.
Numbers of poors have dramatically increased, 1/3 of our budget is spent on them only since last 60 years. Who is to be blamed, how long tax payers will bear their burden. Our leaders and bureacrats are mum as it suits to them for their votes and corruption. Why not drastic population control menthods are used, Govt. is highly keen to give all facilities to BPL categorey without any accountability.
