Hurrah for the Nano
by RAVICHANDER S on Mar 23, 2009 04:51 PM  Permalink

Mr. Tata,
You have done a lot. Could do you do a bit more? Bring out the CNG version of the Nano.
It will bring down fuel costs and CO2 emissions. Pls do this and no one would be able to beat the Nano.

Thanks for bringing out a car for the common man, not even Sanjay Gandhi did.

TATAs always say, they are there to make billionaires (like narayan murthy) and not become billionaire (unlike Ambani Brothers,Mittal,Ajij Premji)...

Once Again
by rv s on Mar 23, 2009 04:16 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

TATAs created history when they built first Steel plant at Jamshedpur an idea then which was baing laughed at. They have created history once again by delivering People's car NANO.
A great laudable effort indeed.

Keep up the good job TATAs.

Long long traffic jam ahead!!! It would be very embarassing situation if everybody choose for Nano. Now foreign countries are supporting for Cycle. Here even cycle rikshaws and auto wallas creating traffic jam due to their rudely and indicipline driving behavior.

you seem to be depreasing because now more people could buy car... you must have purchased another one in 3-4 lakh recently... you instead can't appreciate this great innovation...

ha ha ha

constructive innovation is something which makes human life easier.
destructive innovation makes life more difficult.

It was innovation if it gave milage of 50-100 kms in the same design.

You choose what kind of innovation this is. And also, do you think making cheap car cutting corner is difficult for big players? I dont think so. They have better designers than Tata (I know personaly). But they concentrate in Quality than quantity. For Indians, nano will be boon, because they adjust and are used to cheap vehicles like rickshaw or motor bikes. I can bet it wont even cross 50k in EU or America.
