You are right. In real estate sector also prices should come down at least by 50% because prices are overpriced there also.

My dear friend, please do the cost and profit analyis. In both the sectors net profit is less than 10% as on date.
sir, I am proud of your car. But sorry to say that we lost this project from our state west bengal due to dirty politival movement done by oppsition parties, especially Miss Mamata banerje.We can never forgive her for deterioration of developement in our state.May this project come to a success. Congratulation to Tata motors.

yes you are right.salute to Mr tata and at the same time shame shame Ms mamta banerjee for cheating with the future of bengal.
I do not see, Nano, just as a car. It is going to change the mindset of our Indian household. In India, having a car is attached to Social Status, and the most common dream of any Indian.
Imagine, even a Clerk in Govt. Department will be proudly roaming in a Car. Nano, so what. Car is Car.
It will be a thrust for the self esteem of ordinary Indians. Now they will yearn for more and more. And this will lead to other such "NANO" project, like Nano House, etc. That will bring new life in our economics.
This has proved, that we as a Nation have capability to think big, and realize that, in-spite of hurdles.
Nano has proved the Mettle of TATA House. Kudos to Management. TATAs have hit on the bull's eye. They have shown the path to other Indian Corporates.
hats off to ratan tata for his vision in nano. in fact more can be done. in cities one can see only one or two people in every car, why not manufacture cars that suits one or two people then? imagine 70 HP engine and scooter-like tyres? this car can cost around say 65K? can tata do that?
