What is the benefit of having this practice????? Changing upper management is of no use, Lower staff would continue to work as Governments employees - as always.
Last resort would be - Selling AI in private hands...

Revamp lower staff as well. Selling AI should not be the last resort. It should be tried first. Please do not waste tax payers' money for reviving AI. If they can perform better they have a right to survive. Otherwise not

Unless AI employees stop behaving like Maharajas themselves things will not change and there is no hope for the airline. I had a bitter experience at Kolkata airport with the man in check in counter. I was blamed for no fault of mine. The person in the counter was extremely rude. No wonder they do not keep any feedback form in the flight. Go to hell Maharajas.

Like you majority of AI passengers swears not to fly by AI. I too had similar experience and decided not to fly AI evenif they offer free ticket in business class. It will be very hard to re-buid AI reputation, which may never be built unless and until some miracle happens.
