Plz forgive Ozha for he is in a state of shock. His s1ster and once potential w1fe both are being screwed hard by some rich IT guy. I can understand you guilt & frustration Ozha, dont worry ... tera number bhi ayega.
He is saying don't touch satyamities i don't know whether he is doing it for reducing attrition or something.Can he apply the same rule with clients. And he made a statement like a common man,a person like him cannot make such a statement.what abt the people sitting on benches in satyam,he won't even take them as well.INFY is one of the thousand companies is not ONLY ONE company.The total strength of INFY is not crosses 0.1% of global IT professionals

Vamsi I support you....When Infy itself have no work to give there employees ...How it can absorb Satyam employees....
I support Satyam employees....There chairman may be a fraud....but employees are Gems ...The talent pool is very great in them...If they wish they can Join hands to start their own IT company by contributing each one some amount and take back the control ....It is employee ruling IT company,,,,,,But all they need have trust...They can have union or trust....to move forward in future...

I think the comments are going in wrong way.I surprised ..How come infy chairman could give such a cheap statement on satyam employees(I am not a satyamighty). This is just because of there is no unity among IT professionals. These politicians are worthless.They only come for Votes. There are no good and Bad in employees. They are skilled and semi skilled in knowledge and are everywhere. As a IT professional try to help satyamities (if you can) by giving reference in finding a new job.to day ...he tomorrow may be you. So stop using such kind of words.Be a TRUE IT professional.

Do not support ruthless ambition and dishonest businessmen. We have seen so many cases - chit fund companies and other scamsters cheating the hard-working public who only want to ensure enough money for retirement. For Ramalinga Raju, chit fund business must not have excited him much so he took to the IT industry and showed his true colours in the end. Baag ille Hyderabad. YSR, Chandrababu Naidu, each one must have filled their own pockets to allow these scamsters. The public continues to be gullible. As they say 'a sucker is born every minute'

u know if 'satyam' is truth then what 'maytas' is. Hey it is simply the reverse of 'satyam'. It all started because of maytas and eerybody knows that blood is thicker than water. Thank God the take-over deal did not take place. If it had, Mr. Raju would have siphoned out some more money out of satyam.

It is hard to believe that Raju was cooking up funds as Satyam had paid 250 crores Income tax in their march 08 audit statement & it must have been rechecked by ITO. In india companies cook up expenses to hide tax & builders take cash in black so why was Raju wasting Satyam money to pay too much tax on non existent income. It is not sounding logically correct, so tax statements are closer to truth & he has actually transferred Satyam funds to various companies owned by him or his family or his fraud partners in satyam. Raju says he has not sold shares for his benifit but if one examines bulk sale of 2006 for Satyam his family has sold their shares @850 rate to the tune of 1000 crores to raise stakes in other companies by them so he is lying by saying he or his family members have not gained by sale of shares. His full declaration is a big lie, he has actually transferred Satyam cash to various companie by him like Maytas. Govt should attach all stakes of his family members & other staff of Satyam like CFO etc.

Satyam would've paid the TDS amounts on withholding done on employee salaries. It won't be paying Income Tax as it would've been exempt from IT.
Satyam certainly paid salaries to Employees, which was mostly done thru loans arranged by Raju's. It seems like they played some desperate game and couldn't pull it off.
He should be punished so severely that any other businessman (Ambani or DLF/Unitech etc) think 10 times before attempting similar stunts.
