Actaully many companies floated in Andhra are fake..In the corporate world these people come they have political clout .. If you saw the recent election the amount of money caught in raid and distrubuted is tremendous and max of them in US from where is this money comming many of them politicians and white collar criminals..

It doesn't really matter whether "Satyam" was founded and possesed by Telgu or Tamil. There is no doubt that these kinds collosal companies have been sacking from time to time in this cursed country. Nobody ever tried to know the reason behind it. I am a retired CBI officer and I know that all these are the results of some foul plays, played by the majority of north Indian business groups. Their men join in these targeted companies in managerial and other bureautic posts, than they start operating them on their own, use their notorious brains, conspiracies and wrong ideas, to drag these companies on the verge of complete collapse. These statesmen earn with both hands. Atlast those broken companies are either occupied by some north Indian tycoons or merged with others. At the moment, even some British hands are operating behind these tricks along with these north Indian business communities and it can not be denied,as they want to break the main jack of Indian economy, that is IT.
The whole Ill legal actvity and fudging of accounts was carried out by B.Ramalinga Raju for amazing wealth.What was Satyam's performance and ranking in the IT field prior to Raju indulged in malpractice and manipulating the accounts.If it was continue to remain as IT Major 4 the new Management could consider keeping the Brand even other wise it is unwise to change the brand name of Satyam to some one else. I agree with you. Same happened with SAHARA and many other companies. I suppose this trend should be checked at anycost or our country will lagg behind
