Indian companies not only neglect employees but far far behind in maintaining international standards in quality and safety, where the companies in west incurr a lot, secondly instead of crying on poor ambani's and tata's better cry on selfish politicians who buy defence arms and accessories and technology from west on binami names and makes makes times more than ambani's without paying tax and totally diverting the commisions to swiss banks ?. Coming to my construction field, which is the back bone of a nation in building the infrastructure, L&T is the most rubbish company who dont think even before cheating a small petty contractor during his billing and the field engineers are ill treated at sites, even also abused in front of their families, squeeze work for 16hrs a day, what nonsense is happening here in our country, its all due to ample of tallent available in india, they dont care, whether u work or resign. We have no tots in india, basically to change our nation, the grass roots like LAW, JUDICIARY & POLITICS laws shall be reviwed, judicial officers shall be paid not less than 10 to 15laks a month, they shall be provided with all latest technologies. Many innocent people r simply suffering in central jails having commited no mistakes and falsely booked by police to show their cases.when will our country change. Forget about money and richness, cant we live peacefully, suppose if my sister is a corrupt officer, during corruption ride, they take my assets whats this?.

that is failure of our duridictnery system ........laber cases not get resoled more than ten yers......duing time ....either worker gewt off or shifted else.....even kasai nerolac close down vatva unit .....with you any reasen ...with out notice.....a 177/cr profit company ....is they get a right to do so ligaly ?
Really, the two junior Ambani brothers came to transform India into a better nation. They are creating amazing status day by day just to prove India is not less than any other economically advanced countries in the remaining world. I wish and pray for them to continue and march forward of their status.

somehow Indian company CEOs are super rich billionaires. Yet their comapnies are not very good employers, yet they dont have any world calss products. isnt that strange?
