I think this is a normal except some new things, still he want develop his own state, he will not touch the resources of RAILWAYS, some parts will concentrate like guardian not like a parent. It is a normal plan but not a BUDGET PLAN.

Lalu has already exploited all the resources of railway. There is nothing left for his successor. So his successor will definitely fo for fare hike and at time people will tell that he is not a good railway minister.
No doubt lalu is fantastic.One day he will become the PM of India and than direct the FM to present the India"s Budget like Railway budget to gain praise and apreciation from public

if lalu bcomes pm even god cannot save hindustan from destruction....he will make india into a bihar
lalu prasadji is the best ever railway minister in history. I think he should continue to be railway minster for the reamining period also like sachin tendulkar who rules teamindia and maintain monopoly
the people in private sector (esp the economists) are very disturbed over the proposal to increase the salaries of govt employees by 6th pay commission. if the railway can earn 25000 crores as profit, why shouldn't it give handsome increase to its employees?
if these so called economists and critics start paying their taxes properly, the govt will have its coffers full and increase in salaries will not hurt.
