Its a very polpulist budget keeping in view eleactions..What about safety..it is estimated that 70% of all railway bridges were built during the British raj and were never repaired..let this lallu or la - Looo develop that fast..he is only eyeing money..one thing he is famous for sans development

Tamilnadu received enough budget. Tamilnadu mentality is like add water to ocean still level does not rise. Pondicherry bangalore garibrath several passengers (mailaduttarai) kumbakonam etc extenstion of manmad madurai to okha and rameswaram and many more.
States lost rails are chattisgarh, andhra , madhya pradesh, rajasthan and bengal.

It is kind of smart card which can be used with ATVM(Automatic Ticket Vending Machine).It can be used for BEST journey also in Mumbai.
Through Tatkal and 90 days advance waiting list Railway doubled the fare back door. Some cunning fellow in Railway board is managing the show by be-fooling the railway minister. PM and FM are silent because they don't want to disturb the 'bully' political partner.

Nothing shall or would ever be done for mumbai local train commuters.I wonder where does all the tax collected from mumbai goes into? It lacks basic infrastructure. "Rs 49,250 crore invested into new railway projects." ----> its all on paper as far as mumbai is concerned.
