Excellent article!

Hello:

This is one of the most well-written articles I've read on rediff.

Packed with good amount of information, it shows how companies have to adapt to local conditions and sensitivities while doing business abroad in order to become successful. While this itself is a cliched topic in management, this article makes it interesting by taking the example of a .com company - something that is rarely examined in the academia in the context of transnational businesses.

Great Work!

Plagiarism

Some of the sentences in the article seem to be taken verbatim from an NYT article. Especially the paragraphs that begin with "American Internet firms typically arrive in China expecting the government to hand them an official blacklist of sites and words they must censor" and "Brinâs team had one more challenge to confront: how to determine which sites to block?"

You'll should whet your articles more carefully.

Yeah,I noticed that too.A lot of this article has definitely been ripped off from Clive Thompson's article in the NYT magazine on April 23, 2006.This is just bad.

ya i agree with ya ,indians r good on both IQ and EQ, but dont forget that eastasia (China,Japan,Korea)is the Number ONE IQ area on the earth with the highest average IQ ,the second place area is north america ,the 3rd is Europe,,,,

and the predominance for india on IT is fading ,,,is there any more advantages of india on other aspect?? so dont be smug ,i hope indians can work as hard as chinese do to get more achievements:)
