This is an Wonderful and Amazing story of the MS Oberoi. Everyone should be bold enough to face the failures which will be one day will the sweet success fruits in thier lives.
Good Job guys. After a long time saw a good article talking about something positive. Success is always disguised as Work, which many don't understand but this one defintiely points that out.
Congrats to rediff for publishing such thought provoking real life stories. Instead of writing about life stories of film personalities, stories of all our self-made entrepreneurs, freedom fighters, musicians, etc, should be a regular feature, so that people like me can read and get to know the struggles and achievements of great personalities. usha kapila
Respected Sir Mr. Oberoi, the story describes your journey of life in a very elite and precise manner. it also reflects the human qualities of always fighting and never giving up. More than the memories and glimpses of struggle, the stratergy to focus of existing hotels and develop them instead of expanding them at the cost of the earlier hotels reflects the intellectual and brings up the decision making power of the evoke set through experiences gained in such struggles. Your story shows that the initial way in the tunnel is always dark and might be scary too. But once decided to go through then come what ever may, there will be always a light on the other end of it. very few people have come up to realizing and practising this. Mr. N R Narayana Murthy is other such person in the corporate industry. With due respects and sincere thanks for sharing a wonderful part of ur life with us. Undoubtedly this story reveals the very fact that hard work is always paid, sooner or later. Its an investment which is bound to pay you back, and mind it these returns are the ones which are cherished for the lifetime by others and yourself. M S Oberoi is an example to support my views.
