GovtMaadharChodhs not satisfied with 7th Pay Comn, want 20% more
Nowadays a peon or junior asst in gov gets Rs 35,000, a gov lecturer gets Rs 1.5lak, a teacher 50K. Modi gov claims they are collecting a lot of taxes nowadays thru GST, income tax, etc. What all these collections for? To pay salaries to GovtMaadharChodhs who are good-for-nothing fellows?
I appreciate, Modi's initiatives on several fronts, but he is unable check the salaries of GovtMaadharChodhs.
Gov officials are laggards who seldom work but work very hard when there is scope for corruption. They spend 80% time eating paan and spitting on walls, talking about SexPoliticsAndNonsense, etc. They play cards for 2 hrs when lunch time is 1 hr.
Only defense people should be paid high salaries, and salaries of all the GovtMaadharChodhs should be reduced.
Govt is collecting taxes from the 97% hardworking people in the pvt sector, to pay exorbitantly high salaries to 3% GovtMaadharChodhs.
In pvt companies, only top 3% could be corrupt, but 97% employees have to work hard. In govt companies 99% are corrupt and / or laggard fellows.
Govt should stop revising the salaries of the GovtMaadharChodhs in future and divert that excess money for improving primary education, family planning incentives, and spreading English language among poor and farmers in villages who are often driven to commit suicide. Gov criminals eat up 10% GDP / yr and are burden on economy and they should be paid only market average salaries.
She has her own view we disagree on her view it was once a race incident which turned Gandhji what you know him now he has tried his best all by non violence mode ppl may be having variable views a writer may have her own view but she can not say things to address in public about her personal view over any public figure to get limelight
How far does this pathetic writer goes to try to get some publicity. That too on comments about Mahatma the Father of our Nation,THE PRIDE OF THE WORLD.

Why Rediff is giving undue important to a person like Sujatha Gidla, an ordinary writer whose only achievement is her life is to become a conductor. This lady dont know anything about Mahatma Gandhi, who united all the people of this country in his successful fight against British. It was Gandhi only who always thought about the issue of untouchable during that time. The people like Sujatha Gidla can not have capacity to achieve anything in their life due to their attitude, behaviour and thinking and are look out for a chance to come to lime light by their cheap gimmick and creating unnecessary controversey.

The man was from Baramati and not from Nagpur.
If you say he was inspired by men in Nagpur then you are wrong too. He left RSS and Hyndu Mahasabha in 1946 protesting over the issue of the partition of India. His relations with many members of the RSS soured, and he felt that the RSS was softening in its stance.

Can Dalits be Raised to Standards of UpperCastes in 25 yrs?
Birth-based caste system, according to which people who carry bad Karma accumulated due to sins in their previous Janma are born into lower castes, is fundamental to HHinduism, though some try to deny that.
I agree that HHinduism is more secular than any other religion in the world, but it needs a more methodical attempt to change the 4000-year old birth-based caste system.
First an authoritarian rule should be imposed and then:
1. Impose strict family planning—2-child policy among Dalits.
2. Open English-medium schools in all Dalit colonies. Just to teach English from Class 1 to Class 5 does not cost much or need big infra. This can be easily achieved by reducing the salaries of our useless GovtEmployees by 5% (or just by not revising their salaries for 30 years). 3. Order all Dalit gov employees to take monthly English tests and to score min, failing which they lose increments. 4. Make it mandatory for all Dalits taking min number of English tests and scoring min, before they can use their reservation certificates. 5. Teach mainly English and maths from Class 1 to 5 (teach the same content as a subject in Mother tongue). Teach history, science, etc only after 8th class. 6. Make NCC compulsory (with English commands) and train them well in western manners, parallel with Indian manners (of course keep them away from bad habits of the West).
7. Instill achievement-oriented thinking among Dalits

not by birth but by profession their caste are determined. which hinduism book you read that mention caste system. First govt should stop all benefits of SC and ST to people who got converted. Many converted people took govt jobs on SC and ST quota and they should be immediately terminated and same jobs and benefits should pass on to real dalits, SC and ST people
