Its a temple. If you read the disclosures made by ASI, its clear that it was built long before Shahjahan. As a part of treaty the Tejo mahal was handed over to Mughals by Rajputs...... The lie spread around this Taj regarding mumtaj and shahjahan was possibly to improve the status of mughal rulers in future.. if you go to rajasthan and see the fabolous forts and temples one can easily say that the mughals were not that talented to build a mega structure like the Tejo mahal
I is known by many people from different sources and Investigative History that before 17th Century, at the same Place where TAJ MAHAL built was a Hindu (Shiva ) temple. No one would deny the excellence of its Architecture, Marvel,Tranquility n aesthetics. Many people may look this at various prism, no matter but people of Independent India must want to know the actual History.
it is a madness of a king, for which thousads of people of india did a hardship and wastage of peoples money, which we call in modern time is tax payers money. but demolishing taj is not recommended by me.
