Should women get 3 days paid period leave?

i totally believe women are equal to men,but they r different from men Physically,mentally,socially and so in behaviour.if we do such things it will create more inequality...

No need. If women who cannot cope up with such issues, then instead of giving leave, proper guidance and counselling should be provided.

Also have the Similar Reproduction & Labour Pains - For Mammals The Menstrua1 Cycle is similar.

So will you Give Your Cow or She Buffalo / Elephant More Grass / Fodder if it has Men5es or will You give Any Other Animal Species Food on a Platter with Benefits for Encouraging its Biological Cycles ??

Then Why Treat Human Beings as Something Extraordinary ??

After all Human Beings are also Under Kingdom "Anima1ia" !!

In Fact Animals Reproduce in More Numbers, Better than Human beings and are Definitely more Deserving for Benefits, since they don't have Resources under their control.
