let the women have their say and a leave for 3 days in a month is not a big bargain.

It is not necessary to give mentstrual leave to women.It will also spread inequality at the workplace.

Every manager will try to hire male since none want to have an important team member goes out on leave for 3 days every month (irrespective of paid leave or not). This side effect will defeat the very purpose of promoting diversity at work place.
