transparency is difficult, because HR staff are always, pre-planned with their interest like gender, state, and etc...
they always want to get more candidates than eligible candidates, wrt experience/qualifications/place of resident..
candidate should be selected, who are near the employer ( for example jaynagar candidate shall be selected, if office is near or around jaynager, with matching qualification/experience ).
but in bangalore, most of the HR staff are outsiders

local persons generally, never get chance..
can't help it nor advice employers or HR staff.

bye..

recruiting teachers

reg the suggestion on a Test for recruiting teachers-yes it may help to some extent. It is already being done in some places. However, can clearing a test alone ensure good quality teaching? Some one said that the ability to impart knowledge may not always be related to the quantum of knowledge a teacher has. Conversely, a brilliant academician may not be able to express well(even if he has excellent proficiency in English). Teaching has an art component in it.Unfortunately all over the world this is neglected when a teacher is recruited for a University

“I” need “My People” in “My Team
by Sandip Ray on Jun 03, 2015 11:48 AM

“I” need “My People” in “My Team”
The title explicitly convey the virtue of such action. There are numerous "I"s who are looking for Many more, "My Men" for their "My Team". Quality should be to the extent, that "I" can bear, Integrity should be only towards "Me" and one should always stand my decision in all of "My" decisions in the Corporate. The Company doesn't appear in the whole picture and has today become a non-priority, as long as "My" boss is happy. Who are these people? Are they "Superman", from Andromeda Galaxy. No they are our "Board of Directors" and the "Top Shots" who decide the fate of the Organisation. But how to check/ keep a check on such "Superpowers".
- I would request for a reply on this from as many viewers as possible
