Dear Friends, The present Government is comprising of cheats,cowards and liars.See the Television debates and you will find that the political system is comprising of most illiterate law makers ruled by dynasty rule and their paid slave tattoos paid out of the the booty.TIME TO REWRITE CONSTITUTION of India which has become a twisted toy in the hands of the illiterate and criminals.This is one of the suggestions subject to amendments.Please comment
Can't the HRD ministry survey all the PhD holders in India who wish to teach in colleges or universities and hold a national-level examination (which seems to be more fair than the interviews conducted) for selection?
If Ms Smriti Irani reads this article, I wish to request her to look at bringing more transparency in the hiring process of faculty and scientists. Help! Make Indians come to India to make India great if they really deserve. they are also Indians who wish the same.
There are a number of phds who are not good in their subject.There is an unholy alliance amongst the Guide and the external valuators. A computerised random picking of guides,external valuators should be made by the UGC.
Phd is essential prerequisite qualification for teachers at degree & PG level.This in my opinion is essentially faulty requirement.Phd is basically a research qualification degree for some intense work on some limited topic.It hardly improves the overall bettermment chances of teacher in his profession of teaching.Can rediff board start seeking views from learned teachers for an impartial discussion on this topic
Gangsterism is very popular in free India.Weak people come together to save themselves.Tigers and Lions move alone in Jungle but other animals move in a group.So also is the case in free India,most of the people who remained inside the country have formed groups and they are enjoying,merit is also manipulated.All these are happening because we negotiated freedom from British and they gave it at their terms,we had courage and capability to fight but people with different ideas did not do it,the person who wanted to do it was Netaji who was thrown out of the country unceremoniously and we are paying the price.
It appears to be a Realistic Scenerio about the status of highly qualified and competent manpower available,but, being denied the opportunity of utilising the potential in overall interest of the Nation. In my opinion,however,there is no need to conduct tests or interviews even after having acquired many degrees and/or long experience.Bio-data/C.V speaks volumes and could be sufficient,strictly on merit.It also needs to be reviewed as to why the chairperson in the committee should not be at least with a ph.d degree,if the selection is being considered for candidates with minimum/ preferred qualification as ph.d. (Dr).BehariLal Eshpuniyani
Thank the previous vicious strategies of earlier govts and they have ruled for a decade and totally the surface is turmoiled and disinfected and eroded by dirty polices and princes and principles

The current govt either gives jobs only to chchaddees or converts existing job holders to chchaddees. No future for normal people.
I totally agree with the statement of this article, its 2 & half years now that I am jobless. I was downsized as company outsourced department. Till then only i thing I have unbderstood, either I have to know someone in trinamool congress or some bigshot was prefix my appointment or bribe and get a job in Kolkata.
