Whether it be jobs, business you require the right contacts to get through. Merits are practically of no use. Family members, friends, are given first preference. only the lower posts are given to others. government job people are selected partly on merit basis, 33% are from the lower caste. Defence is very strict, purely on merit basis. No doubt people prefer going abroad and quality of production suffers so much for the slogan make in india. Anil Ambani who has been failure in his own business wants to enter defence sector where his knowledge about defence is practically nil. He is seen with the PM most of the time.

I once applied to a placement agency in pune FOR JOB AND GOT interview call -- on reaching the company I was told lies it is only a temperory position for 6 months . IN INDIA all good jobs are reserved for refrence holders -- as the application form has one column for refrences / OK jobs are for locals / all applications forms ask for native place and mother tongue -- to discriminate prople on basis of language and place of birth / ALL worst jobs with trouble some and headache donkey work which is targeted politically in the company are left for NON REFRENCE persons -- BETTER THAT INTELLIGENT AND MERIT HOLDERS leave the country for better jobs and earnings -- AFTER ALL all untalented ones have been at top positions in the country -- the result -- no planned cities / MADE IN INDIA PRODUCT is total failure / Indian products have been taken over by MNC products / WE INDIANS LIKE TO USE ALL THAT IS FOREIGN MADE - CLOTHES/ VEHICLES/ MOBILES/ TV/ REFRIGERATORS / AC / WATCHES/ etc etc . soaps/ shampoos/ and now even food articles / Thanks to indian manufacturers who can only make a C grade quality product.AS MANUFACTURING ORGANISATIONS OF INDIAN BASE only have politics inside their management - Why do u require an MBA -- HR persons are the most corrupt-- and play a corrupt role in recruitments -and to harass the other employees who actually run the company - ACCOUNTS PEOPLE are the second worst -- not to clear the bills of claims made by employees .go to any indian organisatn
