Looks like no corporate would consult him after reading this article! LOL! From what I understand, the author is supposed to consult to improve corporate performance (profits being one of them!) and he is writing an article which talks about only how employees should be treated like toddlers! 2 opposites. Gosh!! He needs to learn first on how to write good articles.

indians have lost their value
by brian crasto on Jan 07, 2015 02:18 PM

Today money is the driving force. Humans have lost their value. So called employers want cheap labour even below minimum wages. They are just machines, as long as business goes well employees are hired. The moment there is a down turn employees are fired. No doubt indians are looking for fresher pastures outside the country. What is left in our country are people who think that things will change or some stay in the country as they have got no alternative.

"employees are NOT the biggest asset"

Face the fact
"employees are the biggest Liability"
The more the faster it goes down?
the more the slower it grows?
the more the Administration becomes?
the more the risk involved?
the more the expenditure?
the more the company cannot diversify into new business?
No company can start with a set of Employees?
The owner is the key to start a company.

Many companies hire excess staff...especially in the IT sector with all the campus recruitment. It has become a fad more often for companies to mention that they have reached their hiring targets . This also gets them news like " So- and So company is planning to hire 7000 people this quarter and so on". I have seen instances of campus recruitments not being called to join the company for more than a year. And the scenario is very clear...if i hire 7000 on one side , i have to throw out 7000 from the other side. same like eating and .....
