Considering the amount of money spent to rejuvenate it..its a poor show stinking everywhere..don't what they did with 2000 cr spent on it...you can build 100 tajmahal s with that money..their might be other airports which are worse than chennai..but their wass no money spent on it to rejubenate....this gives an idea that most tamil people are cunning and cheaters...i don't what are these people going to do with tht excess money..

And everyone knows the reason. Under NCP government in Pune, run by thug master Sharad Pawar and his useless nephew Ajit Pawar, not only in airport, its public transport is worst, its road, infrastructure, no metro, no volvo, no proper tourism places.....NCP is worst party in India. For food inflation Sharad Pawar was main responsible in food hoarding one of the most corrupt thug india politics produced

I agree, the Pune Airport and Pune Railway stations are amongst the worst. Chaotic and Unbearable
I am a highly experienced aviation professional who has seen countless airports in India and abroad. However, I have never seen an airport as bad as Chandigarh airport which looks like a cow shed. Shocking since it is the capital of both Punjab and Haryana
Lucknow, I had been there 2 years back, see the condition of the toilet area inside, the ambiance of the airport from inside and the area (ground)immediately after the parking area is over its all kept abandoned. The sign board opposite the airport looks more bigger then the Lucknow airport.
Last time when I departed from Chennai, I noticed the WC (Restrooms) were stinking and really I have never seen such thing ever in the other airports of the world. Airports are the first impression one from outside to India will get , If this is not maintained well, the whole country will be seen as untidy.

True, the Chennai Airport's restrooms are like corporation toilets. The maintenance of restrooms are too horrible.
