It was thosedays,when navabs,maharajas,generals siblings occupied the posts and served under noble politicians. But today, it is a lower middleclass"s beacon to become IAS,unwittingly to serve under the gutterborn political masters. Yes it is a elite service to be servant of wicked masters.

100%. They are the conduit for corruption. They are the mamus for corruption,teaching the nittygritties of wicked administrative methods to the uprising political class from the gutter. Who said that the guys from gutter will understand the difficult art of living? Once they reach up, they only do all the dirty tricks in making huge money without any pity for their downtrodden colleagues.
