i like flexitime...if i come to office early,i should be alowed to go early. or if i go out from the office for personal work, i shall stay back for some extra time.

Work-from-home vs work-from-office
by Rafath Mohsin on Mar 05, 2013 12:05 PM

Both has advantages and disadvantages. At home atmosphere is relaxed and with flexible timings the productivity may be more but when discipline lacks then it does not work. Ofcourse office is meant for work, hence there are no diversions.

Working from home is always working 'for' home. Obviously everyone will want working 'for' home option because it suits them.

My vote : Work from office just bcoz of the Indian mindset.I being a Manager myself in a multinational have seen staff taking undue advantage of WFO,across teams.

u r not able to clearly communicate, being a manager and that is the reason behind the problems you face, not the WFH itself.
