Atleast all the bikers and other law-riders(!) now know that the Delhi Police 'not only' can and 'will' shoot, but also 'miss' their target to 'kill' you! There certainly no need to overtake, stop, get into verbal argument, deflate tyres, get into scuffle then receive stone injuries ... file an FIR then get into legl wrangling and get mobbed by media for all and sundry!
The use of firearm was totally unjustified. No doubt drag racing is a menace but surely, with the use of communication technology available, the police could have blockaded the roads and stopped the riders.
yes, whatever delhi police is Absolut right,instead of single bullet delhi police suppose to open LMG. fear should be their.reat job done by delhi police, please keep it up.do not listen to their parents, those who are care less about their children, instead of blaming to our law ,they should blame themselves for this.Any social human will never do this stunt in road.
The police are trained to be trigger-happy and prosecution-free. And it is in this police's irresponsible and restless hands that all that high-tech surveillance of India's citizens is being placed. Very dangerous indeed. I thought the government had imported guns with rubber bullets. Whatever happened to them, and to tear gas? The State always manages to justify its violence against defenceless citizens by brainwashing the public through the media into believing the victims deserved what they got.
When Parent can't handle there single child, then how one can expect Delhi police to handle those bunch of bikers who daily harass general people. Chain snatching and biting some body is there daily game. Where there parent were when they went for ride at mid night why they not stopped them, If 10 such people will get shooted then only common people will be able to walk on the road with there families, Thanks Delhi police for showing such bravery.
These idiots are endangering the lives of others, they deserve that.Their parents are also responsible for not teaching them discipline or commonsense.
If the criminal is about to attack a POLICE OFFICER then sh00t him in his HEAD (as the criminal is having dangerous weapons to inflict harm or take hostage)

If the criminal is about to escape or run away, then sh00t him in his leg and take him to the HOSPITAL.

Doctor, onething is clear. Delhi Police have really tied the bell to the cat. Now road stunts will definitly come down.
