no deterrent is gonna work; these anti-socials will continue their antics; no case ever results in conviction and these bad guys are back on the same road. hope to see a better Delhi

Death of this youth is shocking. but it is reality that these rascals are not in mood to listen even police. Their parents are helpless because their ward don't care for their suggestion. Their should be strict law for such act and the punishment for it should be life imprisonment, because by this act they can injured permanently to some one which may cause death of such person.

rowdy bikers need to be taught but shooting a young man is very unfortunate and could have been avoided.Police force need to be more sensitive.

Shoot to stop rowdy bikers
by Sheetal Kaur on Jul 30, 2013 04:22 PM

Police should not have fired at the bikers wheel. Instead they should have fired straight in the head of the rowdy biker.
WELL DONE DELHI POLICED 100% MARKS FROM ME.

bikers...
by srinivasan iyer on Jul 30, 2013 03:56 PM

when the parents know NOT where their son had been all the night....
when 'not so children' can do rowdysm on the dead of the night....
when police is constantly told to stop them.....
they dont stop at the warnings.....
when bikers can outrun the police...
when their friends can throw stones on the police...
police have to resort to the last means though never with an intent to hurt, but to stop them,.....
Accidents do happen,.... unfortunately,....

when people want the police to 'arrest and lathi charge', and speak without their 'minds'...
I only can but laugh at them for trying to be not only knive but also too smart!
Imagine if these were to distract .....
a ATM robbery,....
an abduction of a female,...
causes an accident of the innocent,...
would you wish that thepolice must take action only if an unfortunate thing has happened?

only one point i have to raise - if anyone was injured or dead due to these rowdy bikers - then no one was going to say anything in the matter.
