someone said to me that the beauty of language is in its simplicity. the motive of any language is to convey the meaning that could be understood by the person to whom we intend to convey. even if we speak grammatically correct English and the other person fails to understand the meaning and act accordingly then there is no use of using grammatically correct English. even if you say "repeat again" or "return back" and the still the work is done, i think the person is more than happy. still with due respect to the language, if we could take into consideration the simple mistakes that we make and try to avoid it then i feel we will be able to maintain the sanctity of the language.
Writer should notice that with all the mistakes 9compared to (Queenie's English) , ideas still get across correctly, because listener is also brought up in same environment. A problem could occur only at international level.

In that case we need not use English. But the problem is we are shoddy and whatever language we use we will do that shoddily.
For all the fuss we make here. the Brits must be laughing their assoff. Its like as if we make only ten mistakes and otherwise we are perfect in English.
English, in a linguistic sense has no fixed norms and usage of its words and certain expressions. Thats why the language caught the fancy of people around the world because you have freedom to experiment and add your flavor to the lingo.
Every year Oxford dictionary adds about 10K new entries to its vocabulary and thats clear evidence how fast the language catching up and also it shows how much more new expressions are likely in future.
Anyways, (anyway is such a boring expression) the whole world wants to speak English and the language has given freedom to play around with its nuances and subtleties, soWTFs actually the problem ?
and other regional languages.. but, too much obsessed with tiny mistakes in english.. what a hypocrite we indians are.. even brits does more mistake than indians in english..

Let's be honest to accept these mistakes, not justify. We are not perfect in any language anyway.
