Just have only three chapaties in a day, No rice, fried items. Include lots of salad in your meal. Drink lots of water. At least three glass warm water in the morning. Go for brisk walk and yoga. Withing three months you will loose 5-6 Kgs of weight naturally as I have done it.

dude with this diet u will loose 5-6 kgs just in a month, weight loss is not very difficult, the difficult part is to loose flab from body.
Me, I lost my job and had no more intake of all the snacks, cool drinks, etc., etc., and naturally lost my weight in a short span of time. so, resign your jobs and see the instant result !!
