WHEN I STARTED WEIGHT LOSS PROCEDURE, I WAS 85 KGS. FROM 13-FEB-2012, I HAVE STARTED MY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME. I WENT TO A GYM. I DID ABS EXCERCISES LIKE - TWISTING. SITUP, JUMPING. SKIPPING, CHILLING, PULLING. DON, PUSH-UP, DIPS ETC. REGULARLY SIX DAYS IN WEEK NEAR ABOUT 1.5 HRS TO 2.5 HRS. I HAVE CONTROLLED MY DIET ALSO. I DRANK 250 GRAMS OF CHANNA SATTU IN THE MORNING AS WELL AS IN THE EVENING ALSO. I ATE 2 PCS. OF FISH DAILY. IN THE LUNCH I ATE 3 PCS. OF CHAPATIES. I AM FOLLOWING THIS ROUTINE TILL TO-DAY. I HAVE LOST 15 KGS. WEIGHT TILL TO-DAY. THAT'S ALL.

I started going to gym did cardio and some weight lifting for 6 months, but to my surprise nothing much changed in terms of weight or cholesterol. When i analysed i discovered that after the gym was over i used to go to McDonald or other junk food every other day and that\'s why i was not getting the result. This is the case with majority of people who think that going to gym will improve everything but its not the case. Then one morning i woke up around 6 and went to walking , fortunately i started enjoying it walking & and a Walkman and i started walking around 12-15 km every other day. i did this for 3 months, and when i took the blood test everything came normal and today i am 78 kg , lost around 6 kg. But the most important thing by walking was the quality of life/health WHICH I am enjoying today.

consult a good dietician as everybody's nutritional requirements vary and no single plan fits all basically eat small and frequent meals,no fried /junk food and regular walking/exercise regime and most importantly stick to whatever plan you are following no excuses,no deviations
This is my third weight loss - 12 years ago, I lost 10 kgs in 3.5 months, when I was 31. Back then losing was easy since the BMR is high.
This time I have made a lifestyle change: controlled diet of about 2200 calories per day and walking 5km/day. I am regular and do take rest only once in ten days. I lost 6 kg in 6 months and have kept it down for the last 3 months. Want to lose further 2-3 kg but I am in no hurry.
Early morning, in empty stomach iam drinking warm water with 1 spoon of Honey and 1 spoon of Lemon, i have lost an average of 1.5 - 2 kgs per month in the last 10 months.
Iam 68 kgs down from 80 Kgs.
I was told I can continue drinking this to maintain my weight btwn 60-65 Kgs.

Hi, But I also doing the same from last 2 year but no effect on my weight, any other precaution you are doing apart from this.
I am taking nutrition food but left almost 99% eating extra sugar i.e sweets, Lassi,etc., and Ghee preparation including fried items and Namkeen. I lost 8 kgs. in 5 months.
I am taking one of best Nutrition food since last eight months without any side effects. I loost my weight by 9kgs in just 4 months and not I am maintaining my weight. I feel very good and energetic.
