Eat garlic everyday and is the only best solution for good health. Initially start with one piece and maximum upto three pieces with warm lemon water, daily morning in empty stomach . Only solution for GOOD HEALTH. Start and see the difference.

hi this is varun. presently im 120kgs weight im feeling very guilty. how to lose my wieight with diet or excercise. please suggest me any diet plan or excercise. which is helpfull to me. thankyou.
There is no 'one-size-fits-all' solution, but in general it helps if you: a) eat a little less. b) drink (alcohol,if a habitual drinker)) a little less. c) exercise (walk, stretch) a little more.

WHEN I STARTED WEIGHT LOSS PROCEDURE, I WAS 85 KGS. FROM 13-FEB-2012, I HAVE STARTED MY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME. I WENT TO A GYM. I DID ABS EXCERCISES LIKE - TWISTING. SITUP, JUMPING. SKIPPING, CHILLING, PULLING. DON, PUSH-UP, DIPS ETC. REGULARLY SIX DAYS IN WEEK NEAR ABOUT 1.5 HRS TO 2.5 HRS. I HAVE CONTROLLED MY DIET ALSO. I DRANK 250 GRAMS OF CHANNA SATTU IN THE MORNING AS WELL AS IN THE EVENING ALSO. I ATE 2 PCS. OF FISH DAILY. IN THE LUNCH I ATE 3 PCS. OF CHAPATIES. I AM FOLLOWING THIS ROUTINE TILL TO-DAY. I HAVE LOST 15 KGS. WEIGHT TILL TO-DAY. THAT'S ALL.
