Government to make sure that health norms are followed. Full Government Regulations for the profession. Another career choice. Reservation as per norm. What a way to ensure birth control!

Reservation for SC/ST, OBC, minority and economically poor must be given. The govt. should provide subsidy to BPL people for hiring the services.
